  • Course content is designed to help learners develop their safeguarding understanding, knowledge, skills and confidence.
  • All courses capture the 4 R's of child protection - Recognise, Respond, Refer and Record.
  • We also design and provided tailored eLearning and Induction Resources for our customers for internal hosting.

Manage Whole Workforce Learning Needs 

  • Those registering 10 learners or more, automatically qualify for a discount.  
  • Those registering staff can easily allocate course spaces to staff, whether this does or doesn't include themself as a learner.
  • Those registering staff can also download reports and monitor staff completion directly from their account.
  • Learners can complete their professional development without needing to leave the workplace. 
  • Courses support all staff, whether it's new or refresher learning.
  • Courses support all learning needs and IT abilities. 

12 Months Access

  • Learners retain access to their course material for up to 1 year from their registration date, including post-course completion.
  • If learners wish to take the course again or revisit a point studied, they just simply log back into their account and it's all there waiting for them.

  • Not an IT whizz? Don't worry, all our courses are engaging and easy to navigate.
  • Learners are guided through each step. 
  • All learning is informative and aligned to current legislation, research and case learnings.

Influencing Practice

  • Learners can download practical resources and templates, helping them take learning forward into everyday thinking and practice.
  • We also check in with learners approximately 6 months post completing the course to see how they going putting their learning into practice.

Evidenced Professional Development

  • All courses come with a personalised certificate of achievement.
  • To help learners further evidence their CPD (Continued Professional Development), certificates also reference course learning objectives and 4-hour timeframe.

Evaluated Learning

  • All courses collate pre and post-course learning data, which individuals, or those registering staff, can access upon request. 
  • We also evaluate the influence of learning on the learner's workplace practice.
