Safeguarding Children with Disabilities and Additional Needs

Another learning option that can meet the needs of Early Years Staff and organisations is our Safeguarding Children with Disabilities and Additional Needs course.

This eLearning promotes best practice in understanding how children with additional needs can face increased vulnerability and how to demonstrate inclusive safeguarding practice when responding to their needs. We encourage all early years organisations to consider diversifying their Learner representation across this early years course and our disabilities eLearning course.

Safeguarding Staff Learning Options

We've created some specialist learning options for staff with specific safeguarding roles and/or responsibilities, e.g. a Safeguarding Leads, Safeguarding Champion, etc. We offer our Safeguarding Staff Learning via two learning options:

  1. By undertaking Specialist Safeguarding Staff eLearning; or
  2. By undertaking our blended learning programme, which offers our Specialist Safeguarding Staff eLearning and access to our 2hr Safeguarding Staff Online Class.
